Pearly penile papules are fairly common, asymptomatic, small papules found on the coronal ring. Sometimes the papules spread to the base of the glans or the frenulum. The papules usually develop after puberty. There is a higher prevalence of pearly penile papules in uncircumcised men.
These lesions can be confused with condyloma acuminatum and molluscum contagiosum.
