Chronic recurrent annular neutrophilic dermatosis (CRAND) is an extremely rarely reported figurate erythema that presents with painful or pruritic annular and concentric erythematous plaques that enlarge centrifugally over time.
This condition has been seen almost exclusively in middle-aged women. In the majority of reported cases, there is no underlying systemic condition, but cases with rheumatoid arthritis, sarcoidosis, and monoclonal gammopathy have been noted. The course may be chronic and recurrent if not treated.
